We are currently recruiting for various volunteer roles to help support our Fundraising & Grants Office. Your support is invaluable to our organisation, keeping it running behind the scenes and ensuring that as much money as possible goes directly to those who need it most.

Data Input and General Admin Volunteer Your role will primarily be to input data from spreadsheets, onto our new database to help with the management of our contacts and financial information. There may also be other admin tasks to carry out such as filing and collating mailings. The role will include a variety of the following tasks: Entering information into a computerised database, following a set procedure. Running reports to identify key contacts, targets and income. Helping with other admin tasks such as filing and collating mailings. We are looking for volunteers who can spend 2 hours a week helping with this on a Monday or Wednesday or Thursday (morning only)

Marketing, Media & Communications Volunteer Your main role is to identify, develop and maintain a regular flow of news across all marketing channels, targeting industry specific audiences and using social media to help the fund increase its profile within the care industry and on social platforms. The role will include a variety of the following tasks: Identifying key marketing channels and developing a communications framework Researching media publications/ websites and relevant contacts to send information and press releases. Developing Facebook and twitter accounts Updating the website Writing press releases We are looking for volunteers who can spend 2 hours a week helping with this on a Monday or Wednesday or Thursday (morning only)

Corporate Memberships Volunteer Your main role is to research organisations to target for our Corporate Memberships Scheme, identifying key contacts and information to support the charity in making a strong case for support. The role will include a variety of the following tasks: Researching organisations to target for our corporate memberships scheme Keeping a methodical log of all information sourced. Following up information sent to targeted organisations. Creating Corporate Memberships Welcome packs for new members.

We are looking for volunteers who can spend 2 hours a week helping with this on a Monday or Wednesday or Thursday (morning only)
